Staffing issues need addressing!!! A rude encounter at check-in marred my experience, which was completely unnecessary. An on-site dining option would be much appreciated, especially on weekends when nearby restaurants are closed!!!

I had a pleasant stay with the Nespresso coffee machine available for a quick caffeine fix and enjoyed the lovely buffet breakfast spread. The sun terrace offers a great spot to unwind with a cocktail or some tea while soaking in the sun. Just a heads up, the service can get a bit hectic at times but overall, it was a lovely experience! 😊

The rollercoaster I didn’t see coming

The stunning breakfast was a delightful surprise, showcasing fresh meats, cheeses, and pastries. The little gym was a gem, too, offering excellent cardio machines in a quiet setting.

An unfortunate encounter with a rude staff member at check-in left a bitter aftertaste, undermining an otherwise pleasant stay and highlighting a need for better customer service.

I really enjoyed my stay, particularly the attention to detail in the room with bathrobes, slippers, and a Nespresso machine that made mornings a little more special. The breakfast was truly delightful, offering a wide selection of meats, cheeses, and fresh pastries. It’s also conveniently located just a short walk from the cable car, which I found to be a fun and unique experience. I wish there were more dining options available on weekends since nearby choices were limited.

The gym facilities offer excellent cardio machines and are usually quiet, making for an enjoyable workout. Breakfast was a standout, with freshly prepared pastries like pistachio-raspberry croissants and a selection of beverages, including bespoke teas. the distance from the city center could be inconvenient without a car, and the lack of onsite dining options for the weekend also posed a challenge.

I was really impressed with the spacious, clean room and the comfy bed. The Nespresso machine was ready to go. The staff were super friendly, every time I needed something, they were on it.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but you get what you pay for.

It was just a smart choice for a couple of nights in Toulouse with good price-value balance. The lobby and breakfast area were spotless, making for a pleasant start to the day. Plan to eat out since dining options are limited nearby on weekends.
